A viral TikTok trend has left many people stunned: real bite-mark tattoos. Some couples show their affection in a very unusual way—where the woman bites her partner’s arm, leaving a clear teeth impression, and then they tattoo that exact mark onto the skin.

The original video of this tattoo, shared by tattoo artist Betty Zoo from her studio in Copenhagen, has gained millions of views. Some viewers find it romantic, but others reacted with a loud “Why would you do that?”, raising concerns about hygiene and even the potential risk of infection.

This phenomenon is part of a broader trend among couples: using an actual bite to create a permanent symbol on the body. Ultimately, beyond the romantic intention, the idea has sparked debate for being strange, intense, and undeniably controversial.
