Airport remains shut down following fireball plane crash!

Following a tragic plane crash that rocked the calm afternoon skies this past Sunday, London Southend Airport is still closed. Chaos broke out at around 3:58 p.m. BST when a 12-meter aircraft abruptly lost control just after takeoff and crashed to the ground, exploding into a fireball that was visible and audible for miles. At least one person has been killed in the incident, which is currently being thoroughly investigated by law enforcement and aviation authorities. It has also momentarily stopped air traffic at the regional airport. Zeusch Aviation, a Dutch charter company, owned the aircraft and subsequently verified that it was their SUZ1 flight. The aircraft had just finished a flight that had started in Athens, Greece, and went on to Pula, Croatia, before landing briefly at Southend. Lelystad, Netherlands, was to be its ultimate destination. The company has said it is fully assisting authorities in determining what went wrong during what should have been a routine leg of the journey, even though the cause of the crash is still unknown.
